Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce.
