  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound ground beef

  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:
